Private household planning, with an optional Google Calendar connection.
Apex Dashboard includes tools for importing recipes, managing groceries, scheduling food preparation and following cooking steps. The kitchen runs on the household’s computer and can be accessed through a protected home-network connection.
The optional connection saves preparation blocks and reminders to a designated calendar named Apex. It reads calendar-list information to identify that calendar and checks the saved events. The authorization asks to view the calendar list and manage calendar events; the kitchen integration uses that access for its own food-preparation events.
Recipe files can also move through a configured Google Drive folder using Google Drive for Desktop. This Calendar connection does not request Drive API access. The kitchen integration does not use OpenAI or other AI APIs.
